Healthy Living Seminars

METI’s Healthy Living Seminars are changing the way Samoans think about food and nutrition while also reversing the effects of chronic health diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity.

METI provides two seminars per week, one in Samoan and one in English and reveals to attendees the importance of nutrition, demonstrates healthy recipes to cook and prepare, and also shows the benefits of eating a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) diet to reverse and even cure the effects of chronic health disease.
